Therapist and Executive Functioning Coach In Asheville, NC

Hi! I’m Stevie

I am a therapist based in Asheville. I studied psychology and neuroscience at UNC-Asheville and received my Master's in Counseling (LMHCA) from Montreat College.

I am passionate about supporting people navigating the ups and downs of life, especially those who feel out of sync with this fast-paced modern world. We aren't meant to go through life alone, and I honor the privilege of being a part of people's journeys.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate and inquisitive, yet straightforward and focused on empowerment and collaboration. Therapy is meant to champion and challenge you! Together, we will address your immediate challenges and the deeper roots of your lived experience. I draw from mindfulness-based practices and somatically informed techniques, exploring attachment styles, parts work, and narrative therapies.

Whether it’s navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and all the big questions life throws at us, my goal as a therapist is to celebrate the unique, beautiful, and messy parts of life. With me, you’ll find an open, friendly, and confidential space to explore your inner experience and take meaningful steps toward growth.

I also offer executive functioning coaching focused on developing practical strategies for focus, organization, and meeting your goals.
